In September 2023, we took over operation control for an underground coal operation in QLD. We set about a 2 phased approach focused on operational management and improvement initiatives which was supported by the expertise of the broader Xenco group. We implemented our proven system of work to remove the variability within the operations and put a team in place to focus on specific improvement initiatives outside daily operations.
Through targeted interventions and a workforce overhaul, we significantly improved site performance, driving measurable production growth with an increase in average daily production.
